Key Takeaways

Transcript

When you're trying to figure out what in the world to do with your baby, “we've been chatting with gurgles and sounds, but I just feel like I want to do more”.

A good rule for yourself is just engage in one of their senses.

If it's touch, just, you know, put different kinds of nice feeling, ideally fabrics or materials, on their body, including your own fingers. Different ways of touch so that they can engage that particular sense of touch. And if you want to engage in seeing, if they're four months old, you might take a tiny little object and just watch their eyes move their gaze, and follow the object.

But more just engaging in those senses, any one of them, is going to help stimulate that baby's ability to improve and grow that sense. And we want to work on all of those.
