Frequently Asked Questions
There are 64 wet wipes per pack.
Yes! The main ingredient in our wipes is water. The other ingredients we use are all plant-based. Our wipes are clinically proven hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested.
Yes. We don’t add anything unnecessary to our wipes!
Yes, healthynest wipes are vegan and never tested on animals.
We develop our products to use as little plastic as absolutely possible. That is why we opted for the thinner label closure. The good news is this closure keeps your wipes just as wet and is as effective as keeping air out as the flip lid cap. If you are having any trouble with the label sticking back on, one tip is to keep the pack upside down to make sure it’s 100% closed.
The subtle smell in our wipes come from natural chamomile and honeysuckle ingredients. This is a naturally occurring smell that is characteristic of these ingredients, not an added fragrance or synthetic fragrance.
Yes, they are! Our plant-based wipes have been tested and confirmed to be biodegradable within 365 days in a landfill. Why a landfill? As disposal systems in the US are set up now, the majority of used baby wipes need to be disposed of in the trash and are then taken to a landfill.
Because the main ingredient in our wet wipes is water, it is necessary to have a preservative to protect against any harmful bacteria and microorganisms. We developed our wipes using honeysuckle, which has natural preservative properties, and paired that with a plant-based preservative, Sodium Benzoate, at safe levels. These two along with the correct PH get us to a gentle, well-preserved and babysafe wipe that has passed all tests to fight microorganisms, yeast and mold, and is also hypoallergenic and dermatologist tested. Additionally, we are third-party verified by EWG and MadeSafe, meaning their teams of scientists rigorously reviewed our ingredients and processes and deemed our wipes as ultra safe.
Yes they are! Our wet wipes are made in sunny Southern California. We are proud to say that our manufacturer is an EPA Green Power Partner and that the sun powers up to 86% of the electricity used in the making of our wipes.
Yes! Healthynest wipes are suitable for use on your baby’s hands, feet, bottoms, faces, or even on older children and around the house for any messy situations that need to be cleaned.
To keep your healthynest wet wipes as wet and fresh as possible, we recommend keeping the wipes in the package they come in until you use them. We do not recommend transferring your healthynest wet wipes to any other package or wipe warmer.
Healthynest wipes last up to two years. Check your pack to see the “best by” date that is printed on every pack when it’s made.
