  • How long will it take for my order to ship?

    We fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. We ship orders Monday - Friday. Our standard shipping is via FedEx, UPS and FedEx SmartPost.

    If you select expedited shipping, orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will ship the same business day, and orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will go out the next business day. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive with FedEx or UPS?

    If you select free ground shipping: once shipped, orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive. We have a 2 day shipping and overnight option if you need your delivery sooner!

  • How can I track my order?

    As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order.

  • What is your return policy

    We’re sorry your order wasn’t perfect! Because of the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.

    However, if there is an error or issue with your order, please reach out to support@healthybaby.com explaining the issue, and we will work with you to sort out the problem!

    Please note we are unable to assist with any exchanges above our monthly recommendation of 5 packs.
