Frequently Asked Questions

Essential oils oils are obtained through distillation (via steam and/or water) or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing. Once the aromatic chemicals have been extracted, they are combined with a carrier oil to create a product that's ready for use. The way the oils are made is important, as essential oils obtained through chemical processes are not considered true essential oils. Essential oils can be used to get both topical and aromatherapy benefits. Inhaling the aromas from essential oils can stimulate areas of your limbic system, which is a part of your brain that plays a role in breathing, heart rate, blood pressure and also emotions and behavior. As such, essential oils can exert a physical effect on your body.
Unlike generic essential oils that are not adapted or diluted for safe use in babies, the healthynest enriching essential oil is designed to be used by the whole family, including your little one, starting as early as 6 months. And, it’s Certified Organic by USDA to give you extra peace of mind.
Unlike other brands, every single one of our ingredients is transparently described on our label. The healthynest enriching essential oil contains Organic Sunflower Seed Oil and Citrus Organic Sweet Orange Peel Oil, known for its properties to balance mood, increase relaxation and strengthen antimicrobial activity.
Our enriching and soothing essential oils comes in a convenient roller-on that can be directly applied on your skin. For use in adults, roll on the desired amount in pulse point areas such as your wrists, behind your ears, on your temples and in the bottom of your feet. For use on babies 6 months and older, even though you can apply in directly onto the skin as it has already been diluted for safe baby use, we recommend to perform a patch test by applying a dime-sized amount of product to their forearm. After an hour, if there is any adverse reaction, discontinue use of the product. Avoid contact with eyes. A secondary use for your baby is to apply a small amount in the palm of your hands, and gently massage your baby to provide the aromatherapy benefits of essential oils. This is a small but powerful opportunity to create deep, meaningful connections together and in his brain. Make the most out of this time to look your baby in the eye, caress, cuddle and kiss your baby, as these rituals can become truly delightful moments for both of you, with benefits that go well beyond skincare.
